At the centre, I make sure I am productive in my exercises, learn and gain as much as I can from the team and my fellow patients. The programme provides so much more than physical exercise that I feel sad when I miss sessions. On the days, I don’t go to the rehab centre, I walk around the neighbourhood or go to the gym to make up for the missed sessions.
In any case, we’re progressing well. And, for an important date coming up, I’ll make sure to step things up to be ready for the d-day (9 Sept, Boston Heart Walk).
