Hi Everyone! Thank you again for joining us at the 2017 Boston Heart Walk on Saturday, Sept 9th.
Heart Disease, on average, claims the lives of over 12,000 Massachusetts residents every year. Strokes claim at least 2,500 residents as well. It is this awareness that we are trying to create a new consciousness about cardiovascular health for all.
We are very thankful for everything that you do to support organizations such as the American Heart Association. Thanks to the life-saving research you help make possible. Many heart patients like myself are stronger, and ‘healthier’. […]
